are proud to share the show achievements of cats bred by us. Cat of the Year Results for 2006-2007 Gradach
Rhett Butler - Best Entire Longhair Kitten of the Year Some of these cats are owned by other people and we would like to thank them for their efforts in campaigning these cats over the years.
WSCA Grand Champion Gradach Angus McOg - Brown classic tabby with white male. Angus was our cattery's stud for several years and retired onto a farm at Rydal with Lorraine and John where he happily accompanies them around the property and shares their bed. WNCA Bronze Double Grand Champion Gradach Aragon - Red silver classic tabby male. Aragon was also awarded TICA's International Region Best Kitten in 2004 qualifying at Australia's first TICA show.
Gradach Axel Rose - Cream classic tabby neuter male. Pictured at his first kitten show aged 14 weeks, at 4.5 months of age and again at nearly two years old. Axel retired at the end of kitten class as he was not enjoying it. His career as a kitten was highly successful winning multiple Best Desexed Group 1 Kitten in Shows and many Best of Breed Kitten in shows. The highlight of his career was winning all four rings at the Sydney Royal 2006 where he took out Best Group 1 Desexed Kitten at the Kitten Carnival and the Open Championship rings. He now leads a happy life as Iris' spoilt boy!
WNCA Bronze Double Grand Champion Gradach Bonnie Bellisimo - Black Tortie Classic Tabby With White female. Pictured at 10 months old. Whilst only shown for a relatively short period, Bonnie achieved well on the bench. Another of Iris' spoilt kids.
Double Grand Champion Gradach Brunhilda - Black silver tortie classic tabby & white female. A successful young lass whose highlight in her show career was winning Supreme Exhibit In The Maine Coon Specialty Ring at the Sydney Pet and Animal Expo 2004 under Marion Meister (Germany).
Double Grand Champion Gradach Calvin Coon - Red Classic Tabby neuter male. Pictured at 10 weeks of age. Calvin has enjoyed a fabulous show career in Queensland winning for several years, Best Maine Coon of the Year Awards in that state.
WNCA Grand Champion Casseopia - cream silver mackeral tabby female. Photographed (left) with her brother at four months of age. Casseopia was retired from showing by her owners soon after reaching adult class to embark upon the adventure of motherhood.
WNCA Champion Gradach Cate The Great - Red silver tabby with white female. Multiple Supreme Allbreeds in Show Winner before retiring.

NSWCA Champion, TICA Champion Gradach Tara - Black silver tortie classic tabby female. Has only been shown a couple of times in adult classes. Pictured above at about three years of age.
Ch Gradach Thunda Downunder - Cream classic tabby neuter kitten. Thunda had a wonderful show career in kitten class in 2006/7. This year in 2007, he has joined the big guys in adult neuter class and is continuing to achieve excellent results. Photographed above at nine months of age. |
